I'm submitting this a second time after a little brightening and a

little crop. Maybe this is better than the earlier version.

Oh, Deb, this is the first that I've seen this, and I really like it! Love the colors and the composition. But it's the stamens on the end of the pistils (or whatever the hell you call them) that really set it off, in a riot of fun. Good job!

lighting too dim/diffuse. Too much in image. Would have benefitted from cropping and sharper focus on info in foreground.

Personally, I like the highlighting right at the centre of the image with the remainder in dim lighting. Also I like the colours, particularly the blue in the background.

First of all, let me apologize for not returning earlier.

Thank you Morgan for your kind words; shooting this particular shot was fun too, almost a game with the wind and sun (see below).

Thank you Matt for your comment. This particular set of flowers were quite covered up by quite an appreciable amount of foliage on top of it, and a little bit of sun shone on the left half of the set at times due to the wind. The time was midday, and this is the best I could manage. A shot from above was possible, but would have eliminated the sky.

Thank you so much Amar, this shot came out precisely as I had intended. The others are either hazy due to the wind, or somehow not just the right amount of sun on the flowers. I cherish your comment, and thank you so much for your encouragement.

Thank you all for taking your time. I am trying to learn photography, and your comments are truly of great value.

Somebody has used my passport to make rating without criterion. Him request excuses to me for that reason, I finish changing the previous rating (3/3) by 6/6. I cannot use the 7/7 for the same reason. Best regards
