paperfenix 0 Posted April 23, 2005 But you catched the nicely form and other kind of view because many times we don`t know tha hard work that we had in order to take some pictures. In this photo we guess that was not easy to go until that place. Well done. Link to comment
rwlocke 0 Posted April 23, 2005 This is a fabulous shot! You obviously got your tripod set up quicker than he did! I like the splash of red against the monochrome background and the long shutter speed to blur the waterfall. My compliments.... Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted April 24, 2005 A very nice shot. I like how you also got the bridal-veil effect of the waterfall, often *above* the photographer...giving the idea how wet he had to get for the shot. The colour contrast of its red jacket and the almost monochrome background works very well and, for this reason, I would suggest cropping away the green vegetation up to the top right corner. httpwww.photonor.com 0 Posted April 24, 2005 I tried to crop on the right side, but I found that the picture lost the power of water. So I thought that the picture needed the waterfall on both sides of the photoghrapher Link to comment
chico54t 0 Posted April 24, 2005 This picture stands well as is. . . Very well done! What were your settings? Link to comment

salvatore.mele 1 Posted April 25, 2005 Jan, I agree that the left and right parts of the picture are nice as they are: I also like that rock to the right and having the water pass in a diagonal below it... What about some dodging of the grass to make it darker in the tones of the rocks below it, then? Thanks for the details on the exposure... 4sec and the guy got a sizeable amount of sprays... I wonder what he would have looked like with longer times... Something I've to think about. Link to comment
the_photo1 0 Posted April 26, 2005 Did he moved during the exposure (see through tripod and water)? Link to comment
