Los fuegos artificiales los considero algo dificil. Que queden bien es una suerte de velocidad, medicion ... etc... la composicion suele costar que queden bien, esta me gusta como quedo .

Hello Ricardo.

A fabulous, and explosive photograph! Dramatic and vibrant colours.

How long was the exposure?

Regards, Nick.

A very pleasant picture : lights and darkness in opposition are great. Please give more technical details about it. congratulations. Pascal 6/6

As indicated in the technical details the camera was handheld with the zoom set at approx. 28mm. Lighting and contrast were changing constantly and sharply during the night part of the ceremony, so most of the time I had to shoot on auto, relying on my Nikon's matrix metering and praying for the negative film's latitude. This was long ago and honestly I cannot remember the precise exposure settings, but I would say it must have been about 1/60 f5.6 or so (I can remember that speed was better than I expected for handholding and no motion blur in the fireworks). I took four successive frames of this scene as the fireworks started to burst, and this turned out to be the best. Thank you for your kind comments! Merci beaucoup!
