I would have preferred more space in front of the bicycle. Good panning though. I also like the expression on the subjects; the rider is focussed while the pillion rider is enjoying the ride.

Crop it a little tighter and I think it would be stronger. It's a good shot!

I am partial to panning shots; so that gets you off to a good start with me. Your subject(s) are not quite in the center of the image which also is good. Further, the image is not overcontrasted. You did a superb job "following through" (panning) with a perfect shutter speed.

 

On a secondary note, the intensity of the boy petaling is a great contrast to the attitude / expression of the boy on the fender.
