jongaus 0 Posted April 18, 2005 Excellent colors! The girl looks nice too, but a bit faded perhaps :-) Link to comment
marius_nilsen 0 Posted April 18, 2005 the picture of the girl is under a glass table, therefore the sightly faded apperance... thanks jon! Link to comment

marius_nilsen 0 Posted April 18, 2005 I deliberatly chose not to focus on the lime...im my opinion that would have been a destructive factor to my initial idea...sorry, i disagree...:-) Link to comment
bangkok 0 Posted April 19, 2005 I'm taking my words back. I haven't seen girls at the left side .. on preview it works better then on big one. The sight sliding away. Sorry, but it's my filling... Link to comment
ambika_bhatt 0 Posted April 20, 2005 I really like what you have done with this photograph. I dont mind you not focussing on the lemon, I think it gives the picture this soft dreamy feel. I love the feel of the picture! Link to comment
mondiani 0 Posted April 20, 2005 sould definitely increase DOF :p Did you use a polarizer to reduce light reflection and increase the girl visibility? Link to comment
marius_nilsen 0 Posted April 20, 2005 I feel no need to increase the depth up field, whereas this picture/feel is has nothing to do with the main centre of attention. The lemon, is situated on a glass table, with the light reflecting from the windows in my "cathederal"celing studio appartment. For this shot i used a Bronica 80mm, with close-up-filter. personally this shot would not have been "anything" if the entire picture had been in focus. Thanks for all the comments marius Link to comment
virgilmlesnita 0 Posted April 21, 2005 It was very easy to rate: originality is there and the color is wonderful. Nothing more to say! :)) Link to comment
mondiani 0 Posted April 21, 2005 So you mean the interesting part of the photo is the spring, the blow out and the shadow? O:-) To be honest with you I think you were close to have a great picture and even now it looks appealing. Link to comment
marius_nilsen 0 Posted April 22, 2005 I mean that , being able to the the "back" of the spiral, the girl sligthly faded underneath, the off focus areas of the "border", engage in further meanings, with different layers of interpretation...:-) marius Link to comment
