In the Dutch mountains

It is extremely hard to present this photo at a size that does

justice to both the scenery and the person in it.

Very nice composition but the colors are a little dull and lack contrast...Otherwise is very good.

I guess it is because the netherlands as a whole lacks contrast and is dull colored :-) What you see is already a substantial improvement over the original file, I felt that adding even more punch would not do justice to the original scene as I saw it.
