nicholasprice 0 Posted April 17, 2005 Hello Eirik. I like the abstract and absurdist feel of your photograph. The surreal quality is highlighted by your use of Black & White, and the movement within the frame is interestingly un-nerving! 6/6 Regards, Nick. Link to comment
joel_truckenbrod 0 Posted April 20, 2005 Lensbaby? Very nice execution and image. :edit: Oh, its listed in the tech specs...duh. Link to comment
robertbrown 1 Posted April 20, 2005 Eirik, this is an inteesting shot. Did you taken another one of these closer up? I had a lensbaby for a few months but ended up selling it. I wasn't satisfied by the results I was getting--I wasn't able to get the look I was wanting to get. Also, where was this taken? It looks like the area outside a museum (the name now escapes me) I was at in Denmark many years ago . . . Link to comment
eirik_holm_yvik 0 Posted April 20, 2005 Thanks for the comments. I did not get another shot. The boy's mother turned up and dragged him away. The Lensbaby is rather slow to work with if you want the focus right, but I like the effect. It is not as nice as real movements on a large monorail camera. This shot is from Bergen in Western Norway. It's not THAT far from Denmark, at least not in a global sense :) Link to comment
