sky blue 0 Posted April 20, 2005 Didn't feel like it out there but once I converted it to gray and saw it... (grinning) I felt like I'd been in the woods with "Bigfoot". Thanks for your kind comment. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted November 25, 2005 The view and perspective of this image interests me a lot, and I really like it. A lot. I could think of several possible reasons why you chose to title it "Memories" but if you have time to answer, I'd like to know your reason. Very well done. Link to comment
sky blue 0 Posted November 26, 2005 Kim I'm glad to know that this image helps you experience the ride. Never had a bad ride on this horse. Hope you get to ride every now and then too. Jim, the title is based on the image itself, although I've been in these woods for many years now and this little meadow is very memorable to me. Once I decided on a grayscale image then that became the main reason I began to feel that this photo should be titled "Memories" not so much for my recollections of this meadow. My horse's ears finalized it for me because he gave me the sense that he had memories of this spot as well, although in reality, I believe he was keeping an eye on some cattle and probably not Bigfoot. Hope I didn't ruin your feel for the photo, Jim, but that's the story behind the title though not exactly in a nutshell. Regards, ~Sky Link to comment
owp 0 Posted February 20, 2006 Sky, I really like this shot. The angle makes it looks like riding through a dream. Very effective. Link to comment
sky blue 0 Posted February 20, 2006 I didn't like this image until I converted to B&W. The skewed look and the grayscale gave it that dream feeling I think. Thanks for stopping by. ~Sky Link to comment
kcole 0 Posted October 26, 2006 It really has the feeling that the viewer is on the horse looking off at the meadows. The horse's ears do it for me, like he remembers where he is.. Really enjoyed this one.. Cheers Cole Link to comment
