lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted April 12, 2005 I can not help it ! There are no exotic, colorful or glamorous birds that visit my bird feeder!! So, I have to be happy with what I get. I just like taking pictures of them and posting them for your opinions. thanks for understanding Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 12, 2005 The bird appears to be one of the sparrow species. The exposure and detail are good. Link to comment
derek_scott 0 Posted April 12, 2005 The bird is a cutie I'll give you that. I would suggest cropping half of this photo. From the center all the way left. Half of this photo has nothing in it. Link to comment
geir_helge_solevaag 0 Posted April 12, 2005 very nice. Maby a bit empty to the left, but I don't find that a bif problem. Geir Link to comment
lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted April 13, 2005 ...for liking this very simple bird ( from a very humble photog). I left the empty space actually to emphasize on the bird! I thought once you realize there is nothing else, you will pay more attention to my subject ! Link to comment
lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted April 13, 2005 ..at least, I have one person who thinks like me ! Link to comment
knightshow 0 Posted April 13, 2005 I love the framing of this shot. The bird just floats in the air! Well done. Link to comment
adolfo 0 Posted April 13, 2005 Maybe not exotic for you... We don't get to see this species where I live (Spain), so for me this bird pretty exotic: the point of view means everything... I also like the empty space, in my humble opinion, the unbalanced composition over the uniform background works really well here. Link to comment
lightwriting by swapan 0 Posted April 13, 2005 .. for liking the picture and the framing and Adolfo, for telling me that it was "exotic" for you ! I am from India originally and in my country this is a household bird- nobody pays any attention to them ! They are also the bravest in the sense that they come closest to the humans ! Parthasarathi 0 Posted April 14, 2005 In India the verity of this bird is not so colorful. It is gray color here. But your photo is wonderful. In my opinion it is 6/6. Link to comment
