I like the composition and the irony even more. I am, however, distracted by the angle and image distortion. PS has some tools to fix this which would be worth exploring (I have only played with them and could not guide you through it, sorry).

I kinda like the distortion here. Without it would look like it was taken from across the street, not really there. What's cool about most of your pics is that you're always close to your subject.

Apparently, they helped the kids develop their throwing skills...

Thank you both for the comments.

John: I shot this at this angle as I actually wanted a bit of distortion. I could have moved back 20 or 30 feet and taking a more straight on shot, but I didn't think it would be as interesting. Nor did I want the entire door. BTW thanks for the PS tips! Currently using Elements but hope to upgrade soon.

Andre: Usually I prefer getting as close as I can. Obviously there are exceptions for certain types of shots, and sometimes I may just be further away when something catches my eye. When people are involved, the whole scene may be gone before I can move closer. But yep being close is cool, especially for street stuff.

Elements is nice for some things. I use it once in a while (got it for free with my scanner) for simple things or for printing but for most photo work I use the Gimp. It's free and does more than elements.
