manuel.rincon 0 Posted April 7, 2005 This picture was stolen from his and he never notices. This is the way Yemenis greet their frieds and family in the streets. Manuel. Link to comment
zeynep_yosun_akverdi 0 Posted April 26, 2005 lovely picture. i would have thought he was angry at me if i was there :) gestures are so different at different cultures. it is so much fun to discover these especially as a photographer. and you are an expert at that since you've been exploring a lot on cultures. best... blago 0 Posted April 27, 2005 Strong portrait, Manuel. Strange way of greeting. Before reading your explanation I thought it's some dance. Such an ominous look to just say "Hello". :-) Yes, how different we people are. Regards. Blago Link to comment
vasilis 0 Posted April 27, 2005 Very nice portrait and a dangerous one. If this is his typical greeting , I do not want to see him angry. You are lucky that he did not see you or he would maybe greet you!!!! :-) Link to comment
jmoody 0 Posted November 9, 2005 Greetings Manuel (no, I'm not posing like him while typing on the computer :-) ) Great color and light! Nice "action" shot (thought he might be dancing at first), and very culturally interesting. Hard to compose on the fly like that, but would've liked to have his other arm all the way in the frame. Great work overall!! Saludos! Link to comment
