stephengalea 0 Posted April 2, 2005 Hi Dave....Where on earth do you find these places!! I wish i could be and go there one time.... Nothing more to say...its a suberb captured scenic...crystal clear, great lighting.. Maybe a few clouds in the sky would have added more impact and i find slightly distracting the foreground rock diagonal. Just my constructive critism no loss of merit.. Well done again Dave. AH by the way, have you croped alot from the image since you used the fisheye lens? Link to comment
marcadamus 1 Posted April 2, 2005 I've been waiting in anticipation of another one of your fabulous landscapes Dave, no disappointment! Awesome capture. The composition of so many elements; from the mountains, reflections, stream, beach and foreground rocks I can't find a single thing to change. And you caught this in the middle of the day too! Thanks for sharing this! Link to comment

dave_k1 0 Posted April 3, 2005 This was taken near Bird Creek along Turnagain Arm, south east of Anchorage. And yes there is some croping of the image due the de-fishing. Thanks for you comments.Dave Link to comment

david robinson 0 Posted April 3, 2005 Dave, this creek leading to open waters is a very fine touch. These open waters have a very translucent quality to them and are beautifully toned. The foreground rocks are less to my taste, but it would appear you needed to get high and upon them to get this shot and they do provide a counterbalance in the weighting of this composition. Really well done. Regards... Link to comment
