mattvardy 0 Posted March 31, 2005 I really enjoy how you've captured this raptor's graceful dominance over the bleak scenery, as it moves forward with powerful, threatening posture and stride - wings spread with eyes focused and talons flared. Great timing, and the dim lighting and dark background seem to work in favour. Link to comment
deanfryda 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Extraordinary capture! Once again you?ve captured an incredible moment in time. Your work is a great inspiration, and pictures like this just make me want to grab my Canon and drive up to northern Wisconsin to capture the Eagles up there. Keep up the great work! Link to comment

martinforget 0 Posted April 1, 2005 Again, wow!!! Your photo session on bird of preys looks to be realy productive. I would like to know more about your area and if you use camouflage. Your portfolio is a pleasure to my eyes Miguel! Regards. Link to comment
nick_s 0 Posted April 1, 2005 I like this one better than your recent POW. The timing is exceptional... lot's of dynamic motion implied in the eagle's stance. It reminds me of the pose one might find in a medieval coat of arms. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 2, 2005 Just visited your website and I think all of your photos deserve to be POW. I think this one is better than your POW of the two eagles. 7/7 Link to comment
wayne_willis2 0 Posted April 2, 2005 I agree this one has more impact and is more dynamic than the POW. Link to comment
ml 0 Posted April 2, 2005 Thank you very much for your comments.Martin this photo was taken from a hide in Finland.Temp -24c I spent 4 days in a hide waiting for the eagles to arrive. The moral was low because they werent there. In the last hr on the last day at the hide a pair of golden eagles came down.It was fantastic but really hard work !!
