Southern Cross - Can you find it?

Please comment on my first star shot, thanks.

Pretty good Kevin. Very good in fact. Especially for being the first time out. I think I know where the Southern Cross is in this photo but I wouldn't bet money on it.

Thx Larry! It's bottom middel, slightly left, above the tree (if you can see that). It's lying on it's side this time of year, pegged west/right.

That is where I thought it was. Its been a good while since I saw the sky from the southern hemisphere. I always did believe you could see more stars more clearly down there.

I think it is top right, having just returned from nz to uk I saw quite alot of it.Am I right

LOL, I knew it was a s^$^#tty shot of the Southern Cross, it's bottom middle, just above the tree line pegged west/right in the pic. Thanks for all the comments!
