lorraine 0 Posted November 5, 2001 Such a beautiful photo! Is it really as green as it looks or is it enhanced? Absolutely fantastic view and skillfully done. Lorraine Foster Link to comment

philmorris 0 Posted December 30, 2001 This is the River Esk at Eskdale Green, Cumbria. As I said in reply to Lorraine Foster, the green is all Eskdale's and Velvia's. I have reloaded a handful of pictures, this being one of them, re- sized to 900x600 pixels in order to virtually fill a 17" monitor when viewed "large". Can someone tell me if this is a worthwhile exercise? I am particularly keen to know if viewers get agitated by any excessive download time. I should also of course be pleased to hear your comments and ratings. All the very best to everyone for 2002. Many thanks. Link to comment
barry_needle 0 Posted December 30, 2001 Lovely shot Phil - bravo! On the sizing issue, the medium view works best for me (I have to scroll to see all of it when large). Happy new year! Barry Needle. Link to comment
rjacksonphoto 0 Posted January 10, 2002 I think the lighting really makes this shot. The Velvia green is almost too much-- almost! Nice job. Link to comment
