Mesa Arch

Spring photograph. The sun rises further to the north and composing a

shot is more difficult. Your feedback is welcome.

Nice shot but somewhat generic in compositon and framing. Don't get me wrong it is still anice shot but it is missing something to make it "click" in my mind. A Eagle flying or hiker in the corner, sitting facing the sun, something to form a contrast of subject matter would break the mold and stand out from the other shots just like it.

The lower part of the image could use a bit more detail, even if you have to blow off the sky.

Morey , this shot doesn't do much for me, because I will always think of one of my all time favorites, not just in your portfolio , but,well, on the whole of PN. I speak of the angled shot of M.A. in your 'My Best..' folder.

I doubt wether you will ever better that shot...

but then again...some of us wish we had shot this one ;o)

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. Walter, I appreciate your kind words about my other composition of Mesa Arch. Yet, there is still something about his composition that I like, it is a bit more subtle, but the tones are smoother. Best regards to all.

It may have been shot many times, I see it for the first time and like it very much.The light is soft, but details are there,. Beautiful composition. Pnina
