ned1 0 Posted March 24, 2005 If you can't restore the back of the truck, maybe something a little closer. P.S.: whoever gave you a 3/3 is probably just jelouse. Link to comment
david bohn 0 Posted March 24, 2005 Thanks Edward, ya, I think I might have an enemy here on PN. Perhaps I critiqued their photo in an unflattering way. Oh well I'm here for helpful critiques like yours not ratings. Plus Dave N. and Alex Lee seem to like my stuff and they seem to be among the more professional posters on this forum so I'm quite proud of that. I could care less if some nature photographer thought my fashion stuff wasn't any good, what does he/she know about fashion photography? Thanks again for your advice. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 30, 2005 I actually think cropping more of the truck off is too harsh. I don't really know anything about this kind of photography, my eyes want the truck to be brighter, though. It doesn't quite pop out of the picture like I think it should with that color. Quite possibly this is my problem. For what it's worth, I didn't notice the edge of the truck was cut off until I read your comment. It's not a distraction like some crops can be. My two cents: Either leave the cropping as is, or retake the shot. Link to comment
