Paul, You really nailed this one! Terrific colors, light, contrast. Red, white and beautiful. The image just kind of leaps off the page. I think the frame also adds alot to the overall punch. Great job! J

And thank you for your comment. I have to be a bit conceited with this photgraph and say that it is perhaps my most favorite of maritime landscape and that it is almost perfect in my eyes anyways. I am so pleased with this one I can't wait to have it printed on canvas or clay paper. Thanks for your comment and your thoughts.

Your welcome. I bet it'll make a great print. The color of the sky is really perfect and helps the "punch". I do lots of kayaking on Lake Michigan...and I know when there are really dark storm clouds but still some bright sun, its then that red buoys, white sails and gulls look incredibly dramatic and 3-dimensional, which is the effect you've got going here. Keep up the good work! J

Terriffic landscape, terrific details, great sky. I know how difficult is to find a different and original picture about lighthouses. You certainlz succeeded in doing so. A must.
