emilia gheorghe 0 Posted March 18, 2005 The yellow thing in the background is supposed to be a piece of sculpture which i find ridiculous. Does the picture seem offensive in any way to you? Thanks for your comments. Link to comment
jason_sheridan 0 Posted March 18, 2005 I am sorry but I can't find anything positive to say about this picture - it looks like a tourist snap out of a bus window where someone elses hand has gotten in the way ? Is there anything you can explain regarding this picture that might help it make sense ? Link to comment
joam boam 0 Posted March 18, 2005 You are making a very strong point in here, actually. The best about this picture is in fact the snapshot aesthetics you were able to convey. There is no question about it. You might have had this in mind or not. Nonetheless I find a lot of charm in this shot. Well done, really. Link to comment
ludmila_martanovschi 0 Posted March 20, 2005 Offensive? No way. How could the picture be offensive? Your "addition" or comment on that art object is welcome. The phallic reading is made explicit through your gesture. I wonder if the Tuborg-sponsored artist meant it or not. But then, who cares about the artistic intention? When I passed the site the other day, I was tempted to give such a reading to the fountain (not working right now, but advertised through a picture!!!)nearby. I am looking forward to your comments on the rest of the art lying around there under the shadow of a hideous construction not finished yet! Link to comment

laurent_jaussi 0 Posted December 14, 2006 I like that the statue (some Nazi symbolics by the way) and the hand seem to talk to each other...I think both the hand and the statue are a bit ridiculous...but we live in a world where ridiculous things can run out of proportions quite dramatically, no ?...so I like this photo for that: "ridiculous against ridiculous: where will we end up ?"...photo that ask questions and leave the viewer with a feeling (bad or good).
