I am assuming this is an Amateur Radio Station (Ham Radio). Any idea who the operator was? What was the callsign of the station?

Actually, Gene, it is/was the test bench at Barker and Williamson (B&W) where we tested the B&W 6100 transmitters. You may remember B&W as the famous Miniductor manufacturer. The guy in the photo is me -- 40 years ago this month! My call at the time was W3HGN, then later W1FBY followed by now W1XT. Thanks for the comment!

I love to see vintage photographs like this. I was just a toddler when this photo was taken and I really enjoy seeing how technology has progressed in my life time. Thanks for posting such an interesting and enjoyable image.
