chrisastall 0 Posted March 6, 2005 Not sure if I like the old woman or not, good lighting on the bride though. Link to comment
rapo 0 Posted March 6, 2005 The opposite of Chris: I like the presence of the old woman, and Iregret that the flash light, hard a bit, keeps her in the shadow. Nice and funny ambience, good shot anyway. Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted March 7, 2005 Mike, this glows with a contagious joy. Truly one of those decisive moments. Link to comment
tholte 16,720 Posted March 19, 2005 This is what I call a great wedding shot and a great image overall! Link to comment
Mike Marcotte 50,262 Posted March 20, 2005 Thanks Tim. This is a very expensive dress. I hope she can wear it to work or something. Link to comment
tholte 16,720 Posted March 21, 2005 Mike, you sure take some good photos with that Canon T70. I will have to google "ancient cameras" and see what it looks like. Just re-inforces my belief that it isn't the camera, it's the person looking in the viewfinder that makes a good image. Link to comment
Mike Marcotte 50,262 Posted March 22, 2005 Thanks Tim,& yeah, you'll have to search the archives for this one. Actually it's one of my newer models. I can't afford a digital right now & they're almost giving away film related stuff anymore so I'll stay with it for a while. Hey, Thursday night, Milwaukee vs. Illinois. How often does that happen? tholte 16,720 Posted March 22, 2005 Mike, I think UW-Milwaukee's run will end Thursday but it has been quite the Cinderella story. I live about ten blocks from the campus and use their public access darkroom facilities to print my film stuff. UW Madison is hanging in there and I don't think Illinois can beat them four times this year (I hope it comes to that). Link to comment

frank_sines 0 Posted November 30, 2011 Wonderful capture. The woman peeking under the vail is great and the b&w processing is perfect. FS Link to comment
