Interesant situation. by possibility color vatiation?

No, I didn't do colour variation on this one. (only contrast and brightness adjustment).

 

I have another version of this picture if you check my portfolio. on the other version, I did some colour variation.. heck, the other picture has a blue colour on the edge of the photo! :)

Nice composition,treatment, but I think it needs more contrast. Brighter whites on the backdrop would improve this pic IMO. Love the angle, shadows.

You mean something like this ? I actually retain the darkness because for some reason, my eyes feel more comfortable with it... Maybe if the picture was shadowless, then I'd make the background as bright, clean white.

I think even the modest changes you made improve the photo. I think the shadows ad drama, and are much needed....love the simple composition.
