Snow landscape (II)

An other shot of the same place. I like the form of the trees : they

look like strange creatures. Critics and advices welcome.

I like the blown over icy forms of the trees. Definitely something I don't see in the area I live. I opened your image in Photoshop and you did a good job of shooting to the right, but I think you can get a little more impact out of this image with a levels and curves adjustment. It will give you the ability to better control shadow detail, reduce the overexposed feel of the snow and remove any mild color casts. All the data you need is in the image it's just how you fine tune it.

 

I see this a lot with images posted here and recently wrote an article on color correction titled: Color Correction Made Easy. I welcome you to review it at my site. I think you'll find it will improve the display of your images.
