henry_samudera 0 Posted March 4, 2005 Crossing the board used as the bridge from the ship to the land, carrying the load, in traditional shipping port in Jakarta Indonesia. Thanks for you comments Link to comment
tomaso nigris 0 Posted March 4, 2005 Beatiful. I am surprised do not see so many critique to this great picture. Link to comment
FilmPhotography-DuaneHorne 0 Posted March 4, 2005 Your technique is to be commended. How did you achieve detail in the persons when shooting into the sun? Did you use fill flash? This image is ethereal; something otherwordly. Very uniques composition and lighting; a break from the rule of thirds; very refreshing. Nicely executed. Link to comment
henry_samudera 0 Posted March 5, 2005 Thanks Duane, Yes I used fill flash, and also actually the sun was rather hazy. Link to comment
hanggan 0 Posted March 9, 2005 Excellent tone and composition. Great moment captured. The angle and shades are so dramatic that it gives deeper perception about this picture. I see an appreciation about what this man's doing... Excellent work, my friend. Congratulations! Link to comment
harnstrom1 0 Posted March 14, 2005 Great technique, eyecatching and very aestethic. High class. Kind regards Link to comment
gecko 0 Posted May 27, 2005 wow 7/7 - what about a longer exposure - to give the person a 'vanishing view' ? Link to comment
ic 0 Posted February 15, 2006 very nice shot. reminds me of the port of makassar in sulawesi, which is packed with pirisis (the traditional beautiful 2 masts sailing boats). Why is teh background/ sun so foggy? Link to comment
