This is part of a series of macro images that are of the bark of the

Madronna tree. This is a beautiful tree that grows in the Pacific

Northwest of the United States. I appreciate any comments,

critiques or ratings. Thank you.

The composition is interesting, with all the action cocnentrate on one side, and the layering of colours which gives then way to the texture.

I think more DOF would be needed in order to make justice to the image.
