I think there's just a little too much of the foreground on show. I would like to see it reduced to one third like the buildings and sea.

For me, the foregrounds adds to the sense of abandonment, old, right across the river from the bright, gleaming city. I love it!

Mark, Salvatore, Doug: Thanks for the comments. I appreciate Mark's point that there may be too much in the foreground, but Doug's point also makes sense - actually what Doug said was exactly what I wanted to express thru the image. To express that message, I needed all those signs of abandonement.
