Thanks, guys. The pose probably IS a little unnatural, but I always think it's amazing how birds can almost turn their heads completely around like that! I'd have to visit a chiropractor if I tried that.

BAM! Now there's a background to be proud of! Sharp, well-lit...nothing to be concerned about with the pose IMHO.

Thanks, guys, I like the way I can walk up fairly close to this mockingbird. I thought he would be skittish, but I guess he is getting used to me.

A nice crisp picture with very nice tones in the image and in the background. I've noticed that too, Kim, that they are much less skittish than other birds.
