darren_gayle 0 Posted February 24, 2005 Amazing light and drama. Good composition. May be human figure in it made it look better. I dunno just thinking. 7/6 Cheers. Link to comment
WJT 634 Posted February 24, 2005 I agree with Joseph's comment above about the sign on the pillar. It looks like it would be easy to clone it out. A little hot in the highlights on the steps too. Otherwise this is GREAT! Fabulous mood. Regards. Link to comment
cfimages 0 Posted February 24, 2005 Once again, many thanks to all for their comments and ratings. To address any questions or critical suggestions on the image, read on. Sergey - How did I do this? That's literally what it looked like. Camera on tripod, Av mode at f8 metered off a mid tone and pressed the shutter release. That was all. Joseph and Walter - agree re:the sign. I actually tried cloning it out, but it didn't look right. Although that's more due to my cloning skills, than anything else. The subtle differences in the light beam were impossible to work with at my skill level in Photoshop. Perhaps I'll give it another try in the future when my PS skills improve. Once again, thank you all. Craig Link to comment
