Guest Guest Posted March 4, 2005 I like the strong lines - you have a knack for finding them :) I also like that I can't really tell what these are - topiary? Decorative sculpture? What's going on with this... which makes me think about it more, and look for other details. Nicely done! Link to comment
axelg 3 Posted March 5, 2005 Thanks for your comment, Kathy. I made this shot the same day as 'Touring Versailles in 45 minutes'. Those are the gardens outside the castle, featuring 17th century, French style gardens. The black cones are little trees, the triangular forms are kind of small bushes drawing geometrical patterns, and the alleys were covered in snow. Link to comment
