ole_kristian_bjerkeli 0 Posted October 7, 2001 I'm new to macro photography (just bought the equippement for it) and so there is a lot of these pictures in my portfolio. I hope you all can give me some pointers on this type of photograpy. With a reversal ring set it is difficult to get a decent DOF. I however find it facinating to see small objects and animals in a much larger scale, and to be able to see the details in these that I haven't seen before. Link to comment
michael_shannon 0 Posted October 8, 2001 The grasshopper and dew on the flower are both crisp and clear...good job. The only suggestion I have is to get down lower so you are closer to it's eye level. It will make the picture more intimate...if a grasshopper picture can be intimate. :) Link to comment
