it's beautiful. Maybe the sharp area on the lower left distracts my eye a bit... but it's a minor distraction at that.

I just love everthing about this image. Even though you have told us what it is, we are presented with a magnificent abstract. Powerful for being in B&W, and better because of the coarse grain!

Hi, I love the bubble!

 

Maybe I would have prefered to see the background as a diagonal running corner to corner, diving the square into triangles, giving a triangulation behind the bubble. Perhaps a very slow film like Tech pan would have also made an interesting image, in other ways.

 

I absoloutely think it is a very beautiful photo.

Perhaps the bubble was resting on a long rubber

edge, which reflects wonderfully in the sphere.

I am a begginer and I find such work very inspiring to asy the least.

I like the depth and 'movement' in the bubble, and the grain is great for providing texture to a transparent subject. By the way, it's good to see honest critiques are still made occasionally here on PN.
