light seems a touch harsh and you've cut the left edge of them off in favour of some empty space to the right. Nicely captured expressions, they look like they're enjoying themselves ;-)

What do you mean by the light being harsh? Not sure what you mean there - I thought it was a little dull, if anything (or is that what you mean by harsh)?

I have to agree with Rob, look for the shadows under the chins and light spots on nose and cheeks, you need to soften your light source, cheers Paul.

Ah - OK, I see what you mean. Yes, this was one big fulltime halogen floodlight with a silver single reflector either side. I'll use a diffuser in front of the keylight next time - thanks for the tips.
