Bull Ring

I like the strong curves of the seating and the lighting here. I see you used a Mamiya 7 II. I have the Mamiya 7 but not the 80mm lens. (50 + 150). Pondering selling it as my shots usually involve getting the maximum dof I can (as you have here). I find it very difficult to get everything in focus with the rangefinder although for size and handling it is absolutely superb. Anyway, a fine shot!

I tried to produce something organic here.

nice to see a picture of a bullfight ring without seeing the poor bull.

Nicholas, wonderfully executed well composed shot with a strong linear form; kind of sad and lonely, but with strong hope at the same time - this is what i feel emotionally when I view this picture.

Ah! LOVE the curves! I like the way this fits in the frame too -- very nice! Great for black and white too, really nice light. I like the details of the bricks as well.

i really like this; the contrasting tones and the harsh edges to the curves are ideal for B/W; thank God you didn't use a colour film! An added extra is being able to see the numbers on the back rows; I'm not sure I'd have had any idea what it was otherwise (apart from the title; d'oh!)
