davidmccracken 2 Posted April 9, 2005 Laurie, I am more than happy to post the original for you to compare. I like both versions of this but the 'hot spot' is a little distracting. Owl, I wouldn't know.... I can always ask. Thomas, I have never flown over or sailed in or near the famous triangle. However, I do think thinking about this is infinitely better than thinking about any possible impending doom. Owl, Thanks for suggesting the alternate title. I can't think of any myself. I will try. Mark and Owl, Owl, Mark is most definitely twisted, you should ignore him otherwise you might split your sides laughing! Thanks guys! Sandy, What can I say? Thanks for your supplements. Fran, Personally I don't think this is my best shot, but if you like it I am happy. Joe, You are correct. Thank you all. Link to comment
jam50 0 Posted October 26, 2005 Before I read the caption and saw the larger image, I thought it was a zipper instead of a boat. Now I get it! Very creative, very funny! Keep at it, you have great talent and wonderful humor. Best, James Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted October 26, 2005 James, by your own admission you must be warped! Thanks my friend.... It is good to know there are others out there. Seriously, I appreciate the sentiment. Link to comment
jam50 0 Posted October 27, 2005 "Sprained" might actually be a better term, but yes. You are not alone. Are you familiar with the work of Allan Teger? Check him out, I think you'll like the images... http://www.bodyscapes.com/ Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted October 27, 2005 I am not familiar with the work you mention. I will check it out soon. Thanks. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 28, 2005 I like the concept and all the attendant possiblities for wordplay, but personally I would have used a toy submarine. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted November 28, 2005 I have to be honest with you and say I don't think a submarine would have worked. I am sure that submarines have been lost in the Bermuda Triangle but it is generally associated with ships and planes. Thanks for the look and comment. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 28, 2005 Ummm...I was thinking "submarine" more along the lines as an opportunity for more wordplay and mental imagery, rather than just a visual element...but maybe that's just my sort of off-center sense of humour coming into play. Link to comment
