thomas_turk 0 Posted February 17, 2005 Weird beamship. Dont see any beamships like this on www.theyfly.com, but then again it may not be a Plejaran or Dhaal or Sirian ship.... Link to comment
Bilal Zaheer 0 Posted February 18, 2005 Whoa!! Awesome shot! what a sharp crisp edge with a really well placed curved. great texture and light. the foot prints are great too. just a bit too tight on the right right but thats just nit-picking. I love this desert shot. 7/7 indeed Link to comment
sergeyushakov 0 Posted February 18, 2005 This place in Colorado - Great Sand Dunes National Monument - is real gem! The sand color is not spectacular - grayish brown so I decided B/W will work better - and the sky was a little dull that day. I was looking for the shot - trying to include mountains in frame :) - then looked back and saw my own track. August should be interesting, when sunflowers grow right amidst sand dunes... nomade 1 Posted February 18, 2005 An unusual dunes shot, well and originally composed, the dominant diagonal of the edge of the dune takes the eyes right to the background, where that eerie surface gives a bit more to look at. On the down side, I think that the left side is too bright, if you could make it a bit darker, you would have a more "black" shot. Also the diagonal could be a bit shorter, but that's probably just an impression dued to the main bright area. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted March 1, 2007 Nice shot! I'm tired of seeing shots like this with half the picture in total blackness. It is nice to see some shadow detail, and in this case there is something in the shadows that is interesting to look at. Link to comment
