An homage to Peter Greenaway.

Lovely B&W image. I like the gradation of the tones, the symmetry of form yet contrast of light on the two like structures. Good composition. When just out and about, it is often difficult to control perspective distortion as one does not generally carry a 4x5 for a casual stroll nor a PC lens for the camera in hand. This is not a critigue of this photo, just a comment in general. If the suroundings are such that one can shoot from a further distance using an appropriate telephoto lens to capture the same composition, the perspective distortion can be reduced. I've had a go at correcting the converging verticals, has it improved the image?

Looks a bit improved to me...although I like the slight tinting in the original.
