At the Spanish Steps

I suspect that the first requirement for admission to the Rome police academy is to submit three head-shots.

I think you're right; and boy, do they like having their photograph taken by pretty young girls!

Last summer, I was at the Spanish Steps. I getting a little upset because there were just too

many people arround to do anything worthwhile with the steps. Eventually I gave up, and

decided to "go with the flow" and photograph the crowd instead. I noticed these two

characters mingling with the crowd. At times they had people queing up to take their

picture! - well I supose that in a way, I just joined the que!

Here is a shot that shows just how many people were arround that day.

A nice street shot. It might have been improved by the subject between the officers looking forward but that's a minor matter. Composition is good, and the women on the sidewalk add to the photo's context. 5/5
