Very nice capture and good tones.

I like what you have captured.. although it is not technically perfect like the sloping horizon and its seems a wee bit underexposed.

 

But I like this image.. it has a story.

who cares of the sloping horizon? it's a great shot. light and composition are perfect. If the pidgeon had been white..the shot would have been absolutely perfect, it would had conveied IMO a great message, together with the wall writing. But also with the gray pidgeon it gives the idea.
