I like it. I think it would be better if you removed the people (dots). I think it would make the picture more dramatical. But maybe I'm missing the point here and it was the intention...

I like the composition as is, and would leave the people in: they add balance to the right side of the image, and I like the tension for the eye between the horse and dog heading left, and the people and right shore heading right. The sky is great - the clouds are just substantial enough to add texture, but preserve the feeling of openness. My only gripes would be with the inclusion of the concrete / beach mats (?) in the lower right corner and the left foreground. Best, Jeremy.
