The houses, Videyjarkirkja is the second oldest church in Iceland and Videyjarstofa is the oldest house made of stone in Iceland. Viðey is a gift from the Icelandic state to Reykjavik since 18. ágúst 1986. Today, Videyjarstofa is a classic restaurant and Videyjarkirkja is very popular for weddings. Copyright: Baldur Birgis

Gudmundur, many thanks for your visit and comment. Your image made me look for this one, which I had scanned and never did anything more with it.
