I like the people included in this image, looking at their expression & wondering what each they were doing in this cafe, each with their own story to tell.

I really like this. It's very expressive and really tells a story. Nicely composed too.

Honestly, i think you had a winner shot and ruined it in photoshop (or whatever). That blurrred background is not very good, and also the mask arround the two girls is not very precise. And you can see in the left side of the picture, the blur suddenly ends in the bg.

It seems your subject is annoyed at being shot.

The person in the background really enriches the scene. A nice shot.

 

Daniel has a point, but it's not a biggie and easily rectified. Try adjusting your brush strenght a bit around the edges. Great photo.
