I think it is a little to blur. Also I would have changed the color less red (pink) Still the idea is good !

I'd like it better if you cropped down to where the top of the photo was about 1 cm into the dad's eyebrow.

Nice skin tones and eye detail on the baby. I might crop the upper part of Dad at eyebrow, making it more about baby and less about Dad. Really sweet.
