Scowling Man in Camden Market

This from my first test with a Canon Canonet 28 (with Ilford XP2

super). Unfortunately I did something wrong when rewinding the film

and damaged the negative (hence the scratches etc). The scan was done

on a mediocre borrowed scannner too.

I'm quite curious what people think of it. Personally I like the way

the scowling man is facing the mannequin, I also like the contrast

between his traditional type hat and the ultra-modern shop interior :)

 

Any comments greatly appreciated!

Somehow I would want the picture to be a tiny bit lighter, but overall- it is really good!:)

Great Job! I want to crop it to vertical and show just your subject without the side distractions.

its works with the crop... old cameras rock, they make you think...and ruin film

I rather liked this image but the crop is an improvement I wouldn't have spotted. Maybe the image is a touch too soft but that was probably unavoidable but generally I think its a good, well seen shot.
