Nice portrait. I like the Sepia like tone even though I'm not a big fan of the digital frame you've created.

I quite like the thoughtful pose. The bg sky does pull the eye though. I think the exposure on your model could be pushed a bit to better separate him from the tones immediately behind. (That might have happened naturally with front lighting.)
