chris_schultz2 0 Posted January 25, 2005 The middle of the day is not often the right time for this kind of shot, but with the clouds it has worked for you. The shadows on the church add depth. I would clone out that pole to the right of the church, but that's just the kind of person I am. This is very strong. Excellent. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 25, 2005 This might have been better in a vertical layout, or if you crop in from the sides a good deal. The church itself is well exposed, and very nice with the distinct clouds, but there's an awful lot of nothing interesting to both sides which detracts from the church. Link to comment
watermark_of_merni 14 Posted January 25, 2005 I like this! At first I felt the strong background of clouds overpowered the church. Now I see that the church invites the viewer and holds interest as well. Church is such a time consuming thing where one finds peace and refuge. Nature is where one can find the same thing. The strong sky beckons me to visit with nature as my longing to go to church does also. Link to comment
