arnabbanerjee 0 Posted January 24, 2005 Anish, Did you shoot this on film or digital? What camera? what lens? Hope you do not mind sharing. Your work is pretty neat. Link to comment
anish 0 Posted January 24, 2005 Thanks for looking. I used a Canon Rebel 2000 with Canon 24-85 lens for this shot. Also used a tripod, ofcourse, and did some PS work (this is a velvia converted to B&W). Thanks again, -Anish Link to comment
mauricio alcaraz carbia 0 Posted January 27, 2005 Incredible composition! Good use of layers and light. Also the square format works very well here. My kind of favorite composition. Link to comment
david_cassidy2 0 Posted August 7, 2005 Beautiful work. Velvia is an amazingly sharp film and it works wonders here. You've even managed to get a wide range of tones out of it through perfect exposure, and that's difficult with Velvia. Nicely done, this is a credit to your skill as a photographer. Link to comment
seven 0 Posted December 12, 2005 Square works; good conversion. Desolate scene - could almost be of another world (which I suppose it is in a way.)Contours are a real treat, nice shot. Link to comment
bettiecl 0 Posted February 7, 2009 Such a crisp conversion to shades of black and white. You inspire me to start experimenting with my Zabriskie Point images. Link to comment
anish 0 Posted February 8, 2009 Thanks Bettie, Death Valley is indeed a great place to experiment with B&W photography. Actually, I need to get back there myself. It's been too long... Anish Link to comment
