davidmccracken 2 Posted January 25, 2005 Since there is something that I understand in your last comment, I will respond. There is nothing, to my mind, 'wicked' about my sense of humour. I see humour in places that others don't, or dare to tread. I would love to know where you get the word 'wicked' from. What do you see as wicked in my sense of humour! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 25, 2005 My comment was made to drive home a point with you. I think it may have missed it's mark. It's one thing to make comments about an image, good or bad. It's another to go out of your way to evoke a response from the photographer. For example, after your initial comment on this image, your subsequent comments had nothing to do with the technical or aesthetic qualities of this photo. Your response to Levi's comment (which had nothing to do with Levi's words or the above photo) was just simply out of line. I believe David has expressed on more than one occasion that your bizarre comments are not appreciated, yet you persist. This is what I find scary. Since becoming a member, you have only commented on David's photos (with one exception). It's been made clear that David does not find value in the type of comments you post. Yet...you keep coming back. It has been suggested that you broaden your PN experience by visiting and commenting on other photographers work. Yet....you don't seem to have interest in anyone other than David. Frankly Sandy....it's just plain weird. Your pattern of behavior suggests some sort of obsession with David and his work. Sandy, If your goal is to evoke response, why not do it with your own images? If you must continue critiquing only David's work, perhaps your efforts would be more appreciated if your comments stuck to the work instead of focusing on David's Psyche. I know you have claimed to want to know what goes on in mind of the artist. Well, the artist is under no obligation to tell. I am curious. Are you a photographer? Are you an artist of any kind? (If you or anyone else wishes, I will delete this and my comment above since it has nothing to do with the photo.) Link to comment
