Overall, I like this photo quite a bit. Architecturally, it's very interesting. While I see why you desaturated the foreground (to put focus on red buildings in background), this effect has become fairly stale. Compositionally, the right side, where you can see the beginnings of a doorway or hallway, needs to be cropped. I like the photo and would enjoy seeing a purely color and a purely b&w version of this for comparison.

CHiPs, interesting combination of BW foreground and colored background. I bet it looks equally well the other way around or full colored.
