henrimanguy 0 Posted January 20, 2005 Thank you for your comment and rating. This is not a reflection but the light on the rails and the catenarys. Link to comment
rockman 0 Posted January 21, 2005 In the details for this shot you have said that the image has been manipulated, In what way?. Link to comment
robertmccurley 0 Posted January 21, 2005 Wonderful use of lines, light and motion. You have composed this very well. Link to comment
mspanakis 0 Posted January 25, 2005 That's beautiful, Henry. It reminds me the 'speed, rain and steam' by Turner (with a few differences of course... Equally powerful nevertheless). Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted January 27, 2005 Thanks for all comments and ratings. Andrew, for all my posted photos I mention "manipulated". This does'nt mean inevitably a digital manipulation, because I think that as soon as the shot, photography is a manipulation of reality. But in the present case there is digital manipulations : the train is taken from another shot and it is blured with "motion blur" filter. And for the scenery, it is darkened to simulate a shot taken by night, even though it is taken a little before sunset. Link to comment
fhick 0 Posted October 11, 2006 J'aime beaucoup celle-ci Henri. Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted October 13, 2006 Merci Fernand. Tu as peut-etre raison mais est-ce que ca ne ferait pas un "plafond" un peu trop bas au-dessus du train ? En tout cas, cela donnerait a la photo un format que je n'aime pas tellement. Link to comment
