I like it a lot, very poetic and moody! IMHO, I would play a little bit with effects in PS to make it more darker and with better contrast!

I like the mood you've captured in this photo, but the oversharpening detracts. You can tell this has been oversharpened by the pixelated halo that is present in the high contrast areas (namely around the white text on the dark wood at the front of the boat and around some of the ripples on the water). I'm also not too fond of the huge black border as it makes this open scene feel to claustrophobic. Great eye to see this scene and an excellent exposure. Making minor changes to your post-production will push this to perfection.

very nice capture, moody and with beautiful shades of gray. I agree that it is a little bit oversharpened, but overall very good.
